Late Pickup Policy and Extended Care Fees

Epie Tech & Art Studio offers extended care until 7:30 PM for families who need a later pickup time.

• Extended Care Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  
  

• Rate: $20 per hour or $10 per half hour (any portion of 30 minutes is rounded up)
  
  

Please note:

• Pickups after 6:30 PM will automatically be considered extended care and charged accordingly.
  
  

• For example:
  
  

  • Pickup at 6:45 PM → $10
    
    

  • Pickup at 7:05 PM → $20
    
    

• Any pickups after 7:30 PM will incur an additional $1 per minute late fee, and may result in a warning or possible dismissal from the program if repeated.
